PSD Automatic Fees Collection System for Residency & Borders Department

2014-11-18 13:30:00

In continuation of the long historical relationship between Jordan's Public Security Directorate (PSD) and CCS and after our success in the implementation of complete Command and Control Systems (CCIS & ABCS) for PSD, CCS have won the tender for designing and implementing an Automated System for Fees Collection and over-stay fines, for PSD. The system will be implemented in the Residency and Border Department and its related branches such as border points and the Foreigners/Follow-up departments in the different police directorates. The new system will work under the same environment as applied in the Command and Control project which uses the tools and techniques of the existing database infrastructure of ORACLE 10g. Furthermore, the system will make use of Replication features between the main site and its related borders/regional sites. The new system will cover the complete process of fees collection in the residency department as well as allowing the system to be E-Government enabled for public us.
